The lovely and wonderful Madi M has so kindly offered to teach a little mini series this February. Join her on Monday's at 4:15pm for a Begginer Gentle Aerial Flow class.
Picture low lighting, calming music and a peaceful inviting atmosphere! Madi will help guide you through a series of slow, gentle stretches and poses geared toward helping improve your strength, mobility, flexibility and endurance.
