Let It Drip: Liquid Motion®

Let it Drip: Liquid Motion® is a 75 minute open level floorwork and pole class that includes fitness conditioning, sensual movement and exploration to provide the student with a total mind-body movement experience. Students will learn how to find their fluidity through the Liquid Motion® fundamentals and techniques. The class will consist of a warmup, breakdowns/drills, freestyle, and cooldown. There will be a heavy focus on mobility, breath, proper technical application and freedom of expression. It’s time to find your empowerment!

*Knee Pads Required*
Long shorts/ pants preferred for maximum glide. Socks optional.
*No Heels*
