New in 2025, this series of music appreciation gatherings kicks off with a celebration of the lunar eclipse in the appropriately-named room The Space. Discover music for moonlight and starry nights, from Beethoven to movie themes. Robert Harris is a renowned viola player with a career in orchestras, opera, ballet, stage and screen.

About the Artist
Musician and arts fan(atic), now a Canberran after 50+ years of concerts in 30+ countries (from Carnegie Hall and Wigmore Hall to our worlds of Asia and Oceania, from Foreign Affairs tours to Classic Concerts cruises), Robert Harris continues his ‘arts & entertainment’ pleasures. He is a renowned viola player in Classical and contrast styles for orchestras, opera, ballet, stage and screen, and has performed as Principal Viola for ACO, and with great artists such as Pavarotti, Streisand and Stevie Wonder.
