Once a month we meet to connect, meditate and soothe with sound. A deeply healing experience where you lie back, relax and allow the sounds to work their magic!

As you lay comfortably, Katie will begin with a guided meditation and some breath work to help you arrive in the present moment. Once settled and ready to fully surrender, you will experience the soothing sounds and vibrations of a deep healing sound bath (no water involved) created by the beautiful healing instruments including tibetan and crystal bowls, drumming, gong work, ocean drum, hand pan and other instruments. Katie creates intuitive and powerful soundscapes which ripple through the body melting away stress, stilling the mind and bringing a deep sense of calm, balance and relaxation.
