Beginners meditation class with Jane

If you’d like to find more peace and balance through meditation and need some guidance then this might be the perfect place to start. Maybe you’ve tried meditation before but haven’t found the key to relaxation..

In this beginners class, Jane will gently guide you through the process of meditation to help to calm your busy mind and body.

The class will run in English (a French class will run on a different Friday)
