Book your Thursday evening slot arriving at 5.30pm, 6pm, or 6.30pm for 2 hours of pure bliss.
Book your Friday morning slot arriving at 10am for 2 hours of pure bliss.
Indulge in pure bliss with our Wild Outdoor Spa Experience, where nature meets luxury.
Our outdoor sauna and hot tub provide the perfect escape from the stresses of daily life, while our cold plunge invigorates your senses. Relax in our calming outdoor space, listening to the soothing sounds of nature, and leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
Non alcoholic beverages will be on sale, including Noseco, Trip CBD Drinks, Soft Drinks and 0% Beers. Please do not bring your own drinks to the spa.
The Cowshed Pizzeria will be open between 5pm and 8pm on Thursday should you wish to enjoy a relaxing meal in the restaurant.
A 2 hour Wild Spa experience includes
Use of our large, wood fired sauna and hot tub, both boasting soothing views of Pembrokeshire's Preseli Hills.
Use of our cold plunge, perfect for cooling off after a hot sauna.

This 2 hour session is inclusive of time changing before and after.
Please be ready to leave at the end of your time slot.
