Swn Y Coed Fermentation Workshop

A few places left on your last courtse at Swn Y coed this Saturday the 6th September.

We will take a deep dive into how to add nutrional value to your vegetables and fruit harvest.

We will learn the theory about fermenting foods, we will make drinks, learn how to brine vegtables, how to make sauerkrauts and kimchi.

You will go home with jars full of ferments.

All produce except salt and ginger will come from the gardens at Swn Y Coed.
