Dopo una prima edizione che ha saputo, con naturalezza, realizzare il suo intento—favorire incontri autentici tra gli ospiti di SuperOtium e la comunità creativa napoletana—Look Closer – 7 opere in camera torna con un secondo capitolo.
Il progetto invita sette curatori a scegliere ciascuno un artista la cui pratica rispecchi, in modo diretto o obliquo, l’identità complessa di Napoli. Le opere abiteranno le camere di SuperOtium, entrando in dialogo con lo spazio e con chi lo attraversa, fondendo quotidianità e visione.
Più che una mostra, Look Closer è un invito alla sosta. A rallentare lo sguardo. A esplorare Napoli attraverso dettagli, fratture, contrasti e intuizioni—quelle degli artisti che qui vivono, o che hanno scelto questa città come casa.

After a first edition that quietly fulfilled its promise—creating moments of dialogue between international guests and the local creative community—Look Closer – 7 artworks in the bedroom returns to SuperOtium for its second chapter.
The project invites seven curators to each select one artist whose practice resonates with the layered identity of Naples. Their works will inhabit the rooms of SuperOtium, weaving themselves into the everyday life of a space that is both home and threshold—between travel and staying, between the city and the world.
This exhibition is not just a display, but an invitation to linger. It asks viewers to slow down, to observe, to discover Naples through fragments, textures, contradictions, and visions—those of artists who live here, or have chosen this city as their own.
