Yoga and Wine

Join Hayley Parker of True Soul and Niki Januzzi of Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls as we co teach an outdoor Vinyasa flow Yoga practice.
This class is friendly to all levels.
Enjoy the vineyard view and smell the ripe grapes as we move and breathe in this beautiful place together.
Following the yoga class, we will taste and learn about Inspire Moore’s finest wines.
We are able to practice rain or shine since we have this gorgeous pavilion to hold us together.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled in before class begins.
