Sound Meditation Experience

Join us at the YMCA for a rejuvenating Sound Bath Meditation class. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, carefully played to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.

This experience offers a gentle yet powerful way to reduce stress, calm the mind, and enhance overall well-being. No prior meditation experience is necessary. Simply lie back comfortably and allow the harmonious sounds to wash over you, promoting a sense of tranquility and balance.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and light blanket for your comfort.
