In tandem with our summer exhibit From Piccadilly Pub to The Pewter Mug: A Local's Dining Experience, Museum Director Amanda Townsend will moderate a panel of movers and shakers in the Collier County restaurant industry. Come hear first-hand accounts of the Michelin-star moments as well as the Kitchen Confidential catastrophes that have happened in local eateries.
