Reiki Energy Healing Level 1 Certification and Training

Become certified in Reiki & transform your life! Learn how to channel Universal energy to bring healing and peace to yourself, your loved ones, and even your pets!

Reiki Level 1 is all about the ins and outs of energy healing, working with the energy systems (Chakras), and learning what Divine Universal Life Force Energy is all about. Come with an open heart! The attunement you will receive at the end of the training will stay with you for the rest of your life and will allow you to do Reiki on yourself and others. It will begin a path of self-healing and expansion.

Reiki, the essence of Universal Life Force Energy, has always existed. Reiki as a healing art is said to be discovered by a Japanese Monk named Dr. Mikao Usui (1865- 1926) in the early 1900’s. It has since been passed down for generations.

On a scientific level, studies have shown that Reiki increases the white blood cell count, giving a much-needed boost to the immune system. It also has been shown to relieve pain, depression, anxiety, insomnia and more. When one gives or receives Reiki, their brain moves into an alpha state causing deep relaxation. Reiki can help the body heal on both physical and non-physical levels.

What to expect:

What to bring - a notebook or journal to take notes, water, healthy snacks, and an open heart and mind!

Optional - Feel free to bring a yoga mat for when we do the Reiki.

This training is held at a private residence in Naples. The address will be shared after registration.
