Mugs & Miles: July (SWFL Brew Crew)

We will be rocking our BEACH route for this month’s outing. Per usual, we will head out in a group (ca. 8:30-9/pace), try to stick together, run the mixed-terrain 5-miler, and return for 10% off locally-brewed, craft beer goodness! If you need to avoid sand, Gulf Shore Blvd runs parallel so that's an alternate route that works well! If you want to do your own pace or route, you’ll just start with the group and double back whenever you’re need! Easily done. If ya can’t run or already trained for the day, you’re more than welcome to just come for the discounted brews and epic running conversations around 6:45!
