KidsFit

KidsFit is a high-energy, 45-minute functional fitness class designed just for kids! Led by a longtime physical education teacher, Mary Beth Dee, this program introduces age-appropriate strength, agility, and conditioning movements that build coordination, confidence, and a lifelong love of being active. Each class feels more like play than “exercise,” with workouts that keep kids engaged while teaching proper technique, teamwork, and healthy habits.

Classes are free for RFN members and $25/family for non members.

No preregistration required. Just show up ready to have some fun! We recommend a water bottle and workout clothes!
