Meditate & Create with Zen Teacher Laurie Lyons at Twist Gallery

Join in this exploration of the relationship between spiritual practice and artistic expression. We’ll explore how meditation can connect us more reliably, more readily to a bigger, deeper source of creativity. Our time will include discussion, guided and silent meditation, and time to create with your medium of choice. You can bring your favorite art supplies or use the supplies provided. No previous experience with art or meditation required.
