Chef Billy Riphin is a passionate culinary artist known for blending traditional Haitian flavors with modern techniques.

Raised in a family of cooks, he works along side his mother and grandmother to give you that nostalgic feeling of a home cooked meal. As a self starter, Billy developed a love for food at an early age, honing his skills in his grandmother’s kitchen.

After graduating from Florida Gulf Coast University, Billy used his new found knowledge of the business world to open up Island Kitchen with his mother, a mobile Caribbean inspired catering restaurant that embodies Haitian cuisine with a little something from each of the other Caribbean islands!
