Forest Bathing at Rookery Bay Reserve in Naples, FL

Enjoy a relaxing and meditative forest bathing experience among the trees and wildlife along the Snail Trail and Henderson Creek at the Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center. This interactive nature-based wellness program is led by our Certified Forest Bathing Guide. This is not a hike or exercise but a chance to slow down, breathe and remember what is important to you. Forest bathing has proven mental and physical health benefits.

Your ticket includes same-day admission to the two-story nature center that has aquariums, touch tank, exhibits, butterfly garden, picnic areas, art gallery, and gift shop. This program is for ages 18+. Plenty of free parking. Restrooms available.
