Disaster Preparedness Class Hosted by TEEX

When disaster strikes, the time to prepare is already over. That’s why we’re excited to invite you to a special Disaster Preparedness and Survival Course hosted by TEEX (Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service) on May 16–17, 2025, beginning each day at 8:00 AM.

About the Course:
This course is designed to equip individuals and families to prepare for, survive, and recover from disasters. Whether the choice is to evacuate or shelter in place, participants will learn the logic behind the decision—and what steps to take next.
Through real-life scenarios, hands-on activities, and guided discussions, you’ll gain the tools you need to take care of yourself, your loved ones, and even your community before, during, and after a crisis.
