Who’s keen to Vinyasa with me?!

Vinyasa is a continuous flowing sequence of postures with breath. Come and join me for some smooth moves and slow flows that will awaken your body, improve your breath, strength, and mobility and make you feel overall AMAZING!

When: Tuesday’s 9:15am till 10:15am for 4 weeks starting 14th October and depending on interest may become a resident act.
Where: My Secret Garden, 43 Wakefield Street, Onekawa.
Cost: There is no fixed cost for these classes but a monetary Koha will be appreciated.

Beginners, intermediate and advanced pretzels welcome, there are moves and grooves for everyone.
