The Blues Buffet featuring Erna Ferry is set to give you a night of blues music you will not forget! Erna has performed both nationally and internationally with the best in jazz and blues music including many years with the Roger Fox Big Band.
Joining Erna onstage is New Zealand's own premier soulful blues band, The Blues Buffet. With the versatile talents of the Loveridge brothers, Dusty on bass guitar, and Fred on electric guitar. Dusty's musical journey started back in the early 1970's with music legends "The Quincy Conserve" and "Captain Custard". Along with three album releases of mainly original material by the Blues Buffet, Fred and Dusty have also written and recorded their own music as the Loveridge brothers.
To complete the current incarnation of The Blues Buffet will be the bluesy piano and organ styles of Brent Holt on keys, and the soulful rhythm and blues of Brent Tanoa on drums.
A night not to be missed, the band will be performing a varied and eclectic mix of blues cover's from legendary artists, Eta James, Buddy Miles, Taj Mahal, Fats Domino, Joe Bonamassa, Tina Turner, Bob Dylan and many more!
