Rise of the Huntress

This workshop is a rich opportunity for teenage girls to reconnect with their inner power and confidence in a world that’s often noisy and overwhelming. With social media adding pressure and distractions, it’s more important than ever for our rangatahi to learn skills that help them navigate their emotions, stay true to their goals, and appreciate their own worth Through breathwork, journaling, meditation, and shared sisterhood, this workshop guides them back to their center — a place of peace, strength, and deep self-belief and empowement. Jessy and Tommo are passionate about helping the next generation become leaders in their own lives, to rise up, trust themselves, and realize their full potential.
