We will start promptly at 10 AM with beginner-friendly yoga, and conclude with a gentle sound meditation with singing bowls.

Wellness in the Park is a free event and open to all. We indulge in activities including group fitness or nature walks, yoga, tai-chi, brunch, and more. All experience and skill levels are welcome!
