Barre & Blooms Workshop

Join us for an all-levels, beginner friendly (off hammock) barre workout that incorporates movements from ballet, yoga, core and HIIT to burn calories, get in a great stretch and boost your endorphins!

After barre, we will be joined by Pearl from The Farmacy Farmstand based in Newark, IL to create your own beautiful summer bouquet! Learn best practices for arranging your flowers and keep them in bloom!

Summer-y mocktails and light snacks will be served as well.
