Come as you are. Bring your mat, blanket, your picnic basket, your family & friends—for a Sunday morning experience that nourishes your nervous system and your soul.
This monthly (July - October) outdoor offering blends Melanie’s restorative sound healing with Rachel’s signature energy attunements, creating 50 minutes of deep restoration and vibrational recalibration—followed by 30 minutes of relaxed community connection and optional BYO-picnic time.
We believe healing is amplified in community. No prior experience is needed—just bring yourself and an open heart.
Rachel McKenzieRachel is a Somatic Energy Medicine practitioner for the ambitious soul who’s done the work—and is ready for a life that feels as good as it looks. Through breathwork, spinal energetics, and somatic practices, she helps you find resiliency in your nervous system, release stored patterns, and reconnect with your most powerful, unapologetic self.
Her philosophy is simple: energy is the currency of change. She doesn’t fix—she reorganizes your system to hold more: more clarity, more capacity, more joy, more of YOU.

What are the benefits of sound healing and energy work? Sound healing uses vibrational frequencies to shift brainwaves and activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest mode). Energy work helps release emotional or physical tension stored in the body—leaving you feeling lighter, more regulated, and grounded.
What’s different about doing this in a park? Grounding in nature—especially barefoot on the earth—helps regulate the nervous system, balance your energy field, and reduce inflammation. The sunlight, fresh air, and natural frequencies of the earth all amplify the effects of the healing work.
Do I need any experience? Not at all. Whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, you’ll be guided in a gentle, supportive way. Just bring yourself and a willingness to receive.
What should I bring? A yoga mat and/or blanket, water, and anything else to keep you cozy. The grass is often still damp at this time of morning, so plan accordingly.
If you’d like to stay for the community picnic afterward, feel free to pack a snack or lunch!
