About Stuart Morris

Stuart Morris is one of the few non-Japanese sake masters crafting premium sake in Japan. Over the past 25 years, he has dedicated his life to learning sake’s traditions, culture, and styles — from running sake programs in top U.S. restaurants to training under Master Brewer Masanobu Shindo at the renowned Shindo Brewery in Yamagata. In 2010, he became one of the rare foreigners to pass the prestigious Kikisake-Shi Sake Sommelier exam in Tokyo. Today, Stuart brings his expertise to the U.S. with Hachidori Sake — a portfolio of Junmai, Junmai Ginjo, and Daiginjo bottlings that embody his belief that “anything is possible.”

About Camp Caviar & Kaylee DalyCamp Caviar is the salty, playful brainchild of Napa-based sommelier Kaylee Daly, created in the spirit of a boujee adult summer camp. Known for pairing high-quality caviar and tinned seafood with wine, sake, and creative bites, Kaylee’s events are as much about fun and connection as they are about indulgence. Her laid-back, approachable style makes even the most luxurious pairings feel like a party, and her knack for curating flavors ensures every Camp Caviar experience is delicious, memorable, and just the right amount of over-the-top.
