We are extremely excited to announce our Wild swim & sound bath event on the 7th September.
This will be a ‘pay as you feel’ evening as we want to make this accessible to as many of you as we can. No booking required, just bring yourself, warm clothes and something to lay on. Come, reconnect with yourself and others in a nature setting.
People can arrive from 5pm to grab a spot, enjoy the views or have a swim. The sound bath will begin at 6 for an hour, where there will then be another option to swim for an hour afterwards. This is a wild spring fed lake which is perfectly safe, clean and filtered naturally which makes it the most beautiful place for this event 🫶🏻☺️
