Beginner to intermediate - Yang & yin yoga styles - Yoga as corrective exercise - Pranyama & breathwork - Mobility work - Bodyweight & isometric strength
Classes take place at Blakenhall and District Village Hall, Mill Lane
Blakenhall, Nantwich, CW5 7NP at 7.30pm every Tuesday.
For three weeks we cover yang style yoga, corrective exercise, mobility, strength, and sequences, based on the needs and interests of the class members. Progressions and regressions are given for every pose. Every fourth week is yin week where we practice traditional yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, Qigong, breathwork & meditation, and other yin-based approaches.
Don’t worry if you’ve discovered the class after the start date, anyone is welcome to join at any time. We will revisit fundamental information regularly and no one will be left behind.
No need to book, just come along. Sessions are £7. Pay cash on arrival, PayPal or bank transfer weekly or in blocks. Group Whatsapp chat available for news, support, sharing resources, and general communication.
Please bring a mat, blanket, and blocks if you have them, but I do have spares you are welcome to borrow :)
