Victoria Horton from Kingfisher Hypnotherapy will help us understand why we could be feeling a bit anxious or overwhelmed , she will guide us through some techniques to overcome negative feelings in time for the festive season and will then do a short relaxation session!

Join group leader Liz and her dog Jasper for a winter wellbeing walk to blow away the cobwebs and burn some calories ahead of the New Year celebrations.
