About the event

Somatic Yoga at the Atheneum
join us at 12:30 for a yoga practice for everyone!

We will move through the practice focusing our attention on what it feels like to be in the body through slow focused movement. We will conclude with a full body relaxation. This is a short 45 minute practice that will leave one feeling relaxed and recharged in order to move into the remainder of our day with a brighter view and the ability to be fully present.

Please bring your own Yoga mat!
