THE CLASS
This is a hands-on cooking class, where you will learn the skills it takes to make the perfect gnocchi.
Chef Colin will lead the class, teaching the techniques and industry secrets to consistently create those soft, pillowy dumplings that can be so elusive to the home cook.
The class will finish with a tasting and go home with their own gnocchi and recipe cards
