✨ Launching October 2nd at our community fest information day .
With weekly sessions commencing Monday 6th October ✨

Weekly Drop-in Sessions,

🌷 Monday 7–8 pm

🌷 Thursday 2–3 pm

Drop in for a cuppa and a chat with your wellbeing co-ordinators.

Come along, share experiences, and get support in a relaxed and friendly space.

Learn how to recognise the signs, build a toolkit to manage symptoms or simply use this as a chit and chat group for support.
