World's largest Nanaimo bar
On May 17, Vancouver Island University students will create the world’s largest Nanaimo bar – a record 1,100 pounds! Join us at VIU’s Nanaimo campus for free family fun, food trucks, games, live music and a sweet slice of dessert history. We're bringing the record home!

We are accepting donations to help VIU purchase new ovens for its Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts students.

Come see – and help eat – the world’s largest Nanaimo bar!
