As the wheel of the year turns toward the first harvest, we are invited to slow down and take inventory of what is growing within us.
Together, we’ll gather in ceremony to tend to the inner garden of self—inviting nourishment, release, and gentle awakening through sound and Reiki. This experience blends the grounding presence of live music with the healing touch of hands-on energy work.
Christine Hudson, Certified Music Therapist, will guide us through a live sound journey using piano, tongue drum, voice, and light percussion—designed to calm the nervous system and restore inner harmony while Maïa Mercure, Shamanic Reiki Master, will offer Reiki throughout the space, supporting emotional release and energetic alignment.

Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and anything else you need to feel cozy.
There will be a communal altar with Oracle cards for intention setting and reflection. You are welcome to bring a personal item (crystal, flower, photo, meaningful object) to place on the altar during the ceremony.
All are welcome—no experience with Reiki or musical experience required
