Back by powerful demand, qwy'ulush 'utl swy a lana returns to the InFrinGinG Dance Festival in 2025. Conceived and curated by Tsatassaya White—recipient of the 2025 City of Nanaimo Honour in Culture Award—this moving gathering brings together the dancing, drumming, singing, and cultural protocols of Indigenous artists and families.

A director, dramaturg, and hul’q’umi’num’ language learner, Tsatassaya White is a proud member of both the Snuneymuxw and Hupacasath First Nations. Join us in celebrating Indigenous artistry and tradition through this vibrant, community-rooted experience.
