Did you know lifting kettlebells is a sport? We have practices, go to meets, do pizza parties and everything!

We even have a National Sport Organization and a National Championship, and you could even use kettlebell sport as an excuse to travel oversees for the World Championships as a youth, amateur, or masters athlete!

We lift weights, but not as a feat of strength - we lift weights aerobically! If you want a sport that will introduce you to new people, give you social time outside of the home, help you maintain a structured routine, build strength AND cardiovascular fitness across your life and work up a good sweat while doing it, then this sport is for you! Kettlebell Sport is a sport for everyone!
