ON Running Demo Night

Who is pumped for our Tuesday Night Run/Walk Club this week!!!!
This week we have our ON Running Demo Night. Natalie, our @ON Running Rep will be here with a fleet of shoes to take out for the Tuesday Night Run. Starting at Frontrunners Nanaimo on Tuesday May 27th @ 6pm.

ON story. On Running’s story begins with Olivier Bernhard, a former Swiss Ironman champion, who aimed to create a shoe that felt like running on clouds. He experimented with garden hose shapes for cushioning, eventually co-founding On in 2010 with David Allemann and Caspar Coppetti.

***Our run group is open to anyone who wants to get in an hour of running or walking, and it is all FREE.

There are 5 groups to choose from, as noted below. Each Tuesday will be a different workout, hills, intervals to speed work. The workouts are usually 60-75 min and depending on the group, you can run anywhere from 5-10km.

Group 1: Sub 5min/km jogging pace
Group 2: 5-6 min/km jogging pace
Group 3: 6-6:30min/km jogging pace
Group 4: 6:30-7min/km +/- .30 jogging
Group 5: Walking Group
