Good morning! Get ready for a record-breaking treat—Vancouver Island University is crafting the world’s largest Nanaimo Bar, and you're invited to be part of the celebration!

Join me this Saturday, May 17, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to witness the creation of this colossal dessert. Measuring approximately 70 feet long, 3 feet wide, and weighing in at an astounding 1,100 pounds, this giant Nanaimo Bar is set to more than double the current record of 530 pounds.
