'League Nanaimo' Launch Party

Celebrate the launch of 'League Nanaimo'.

Germaine Koh will turn the Gallery into an experimental gymnasium of sorts where visitors might be moved to jump, throw, run, and touch; all actions that are usually frowned upon in art museums. In this playful installation, participants will be invited to interact with objects and markings, and with each other, following prompts to develop their own games and engage in creative play.

During the Launch Party visitors will have a chance to try some games with artist Germaine Koh, and enjoy refreshments in Art Lab.

Please note this event takes place during Commercial Street Night Market so please plan your transportation accordingly.
