Join me for a one-hour, all-levels yoga class in the beautiful setting of Lumpini Park. This class is specially designed for office workers to:
� Release tension from your neck, shoulders, and back.
� Stretch tight hips and legs.
� Calm your mind and de-stress from the work week.
� Leave feeling refreshed, energized, and ready!
No experience is needed. This class is for every body. We will focus on feeling good, not on being perfect.
