Choose your own distance - 5K, 10K, Half and Full Marathon (limited slots for full marathon).

Hosted by Coach A.K. Whittaker, this info night will cover everything you need to know about training, pacing, weekly workouts, and how this program helps runners of all paces build strength, speed, and confidence.
