🌟Salsa-Making Demonstration from local flavor phenoms Ay Que Pica. Starting at 11:00AM. Watch and learn as they whip up delicious, roasted tomato salsa using homegrown tomatoes.
🌟Canning Demonstration by a local homesteader. Starting at 12:00PM. Learn how to preserve your tomato harvest and enjoy that summer sunshine year-round.
🌟Crop Use Swap: Discover creative ways to use your harvest! Franz Witte employees will be sharing how they used the dwarf tomato plants they took home—everything from sauces to snacks. Hear their favorite recipes, tips, and a few unexpected surprises.
