Now booking another 4-week course for those who are ready to dive into watercolor.
We'll start August 26 and meet Tuesdays 6:30pm-8:30pm - Join me at the beautiful Brick Office event venue in downtown Nampa.
I'll introduce students to beginner-level watercolor skills like water control, pigment mixing, brush techniques, wet in wet, wet on dry, dry brushing, charging, dragging, smoothing, blending, lifting, and more. We'll apply your new skills to create two pieces in the final two weeks.
Ages Middle School and above, ideally, but I'm open to younger students. Please reach out and share with me about your elementary-aged child. I'm open to that age group on a case-by-case basis.

-Spiral bound 140 lb cold press watercolor sketchbook (at least 7x10")
-Watercolor brush set (synthetic brushes work great so don't spend a lot on these)
-Artist-grade watercolor half-pan set, with 12 basic pigments like Windsor & Newton Cotman travel sets. Please don't use student-grade paint. It will not achieve the results we are looking to help you make.
