Preserving: Lemons

Join us for a special, one-off workshop where my Mum and I share our cherished family traditions for making the most of our amazing seasonal fruit: Lemons. In this hands-on class you’ll learn how to preserve lemons the old-fashioned way – by turning them into delicious salted lemons and shelf-safe lemon juice that will brighten your pantry for months to come.

Then, we’ll roll up our sleeves and prepare a simple yet vibrant Lemon Pasta using fresh ingredients. Perfect for lunch and full of flavour.
