Trip Itinerary
Time Activity
4.30am Depart Nairobi for a Tulaga Center expected to arrive and start the hike at 8.00am
12.30pm Enjoy your packed lunch or snacks at the peak as you view the scenic surroundings
6.30 pm Leave Tulaga for Nairobi expecting to arrive at 10.00pm
What to wear and items to carry;
Wear comfortable running shoes or Water proof hiking boot preferred
Wear gym/hiking pants (avoid jeans)
Polyester T-shirt (like the football jerseys) carry an extra one to change after the hike
Sun glasses
Hat/cap
Camera
Binoculars
Drinking water (3litres)
Sunscreen (Arimis oK) and Insect repellent
Heavy snack or picnic Lunch
Energy Bars
Poncho or Rain Jacket
