Hey Dagoretti South fam! We've got a serious problem right here in Ng'ando, and it's impacting our most vulnerable: our children at New Lenana Primary School.
Imagine this: Our bright, eager students are facing daily battles with cholera and nasty fungal infections – all because they don't have enough clean water. Yes, you read that right. In 2025, our kids are getting sick from their own school toilets due to a severe **water crisis**.
It's unacceptable. We have professional primary schools, but without the most basic necessity – water – our children's health and education are at risk. We know institutions like the Ministry of Health and Nairobi Water are out there, but our kids can't wait. We need immediate intervention, and that means US stepping up!
This isn't just about a school; it's about the future of our community. Healthy kids learn better, play harder, and have a chance at a brighter future. Let's show our Dagoretti leaders and the whole of Nairobi that we won't stand by while our children suffer.
The Problem: New Lenana Primary School has a critical lack of consistent, clean water, leading to widespread illness among Pupils .
The Solution: We're raising funds to:
1. Install large-capacity water storage tanks.
2. Drill or connect to a reliable water source.
3.Implement proper sanitation facilities with constant water flow.
