In a city of rushing strangers and endless scrolls this is your invitation to sit in a circle—and be human together.
Come As You Are is a free community gathering where we slow down speak honestly and truly meet one another. It’s not a workshop. It’s not therapy. It’s a space of presence warmth and deep connection—for anyone who’s felt the weight of loneliness or simply wants to remember what real human contact feels like.
We’ll use gentle prompts and connection cards to guide meaningful conversations. We’ll listen reflect laugh maybe even cry—and we’ll do it all without our phones without pressure and without pretending.
This isn’t about fixing. It’s about feeling. And remembering that we’re not alone.
🌾 This space is for you if:
You miss real conversation in a noisy world
You long for a space where it’s okay to be honest and unpolished
You want to meet new people in a meaningful heart-centered way
You’re curious about presence slowness and connection as medicine
🧺 What to Bring:
An open heart and a curious spirit
A notebook (optional)
Drinking water and a wrap or shawl for comfort
Yourself—as you are
A willingness to be gently present with others
Phones will be off or on airplane mode. This is your chance to unplug in order to reconnect—with yourself and with strangers who may not feel like strangers for long.
Hosted by Amran Muthoni a writer and space-holder exploring the power of story presence and soulful human connection in an increasingly disconnected world.
