Old Nags Head Cove Yoga Sessions with Alex

Free Community Yoga with Alex Cohill
Start your Wednesdays with intention and movement at our free yoga classes, held from 7–8 AM at the Old Nags Head Cove Clubhouse, now through August 13. Local instructor Alex Cohill will lead each session, offering an energizing flow suitable for all levels.

These classes are offered exclusively to Old Nags Head Cove residents and renters, as a way to connect, unwind, and support a good cause. While the classes are free, donations are encouraged—all proceeds will benefit the Beach Food Pantry.

Bring a mat, some water, and join us in giving back while moving forward.
