Plants are the answer! with Dawn Stover at the SFA Gardens Les Reeves Lecture

SFA Gardens will host the monthly Theresa and Les Reeves Lecture Series at 7:00 pm on October 9 in the Ina Brundrett Conservation Education Building at the Pineywoods Native Plant Center, 2900 Raguet Street, Nacogdoches.

Dawn Stover will present “Plants Are the Answer!” and share her decades of hands-on experience and native plant conservation. Stover is the founder and owner of The Nectar Connector. She is a longtime advocate for using locally adapted native plants to attract and support butterflies and other beneficial insects.

The Theresa and Les Reeves Lecture Series is held the second Thursday of each month and includes a plant raffle after the program. Attendance is free, and donations to the lecture series fund are always appreciated. Parking is available at the Pineywoods Native Plant Center and Raguet Elementary, 2708 Raguet Street.
