Flashback Fitness - P.E. Class

Join us as we throwback for Free, totally fly fitness nights! Flashback to elementary school, with this fun Adult P.E. Class. Physical education, as a formal part of school curriculum, began in the United States in the mid-19th century. While informal games and activities were part of childhood, structured physical education programs emerged in schools around this time. What was your favorite part of P.E.? Dodgeball? Parachute games? Four Square? Rep your school colors and join us for this fun throwback to childhood.
