Qigong 18

Qigong 18 er en let form som alle kan lære. Formen består af enkle og rolige bevægelser hvor alle kan deltage.

Shibashi betyder 18 på kinesisk og refererer til antallet af bevægelser eller miniset i et set.

Oftest kaldes det blot for Shibashi. Professor Lin har udviklet systemet ud fra elementer i TaiChi og Qigong især fra Shaolin munkene. Derfor er navnet Taichi Qigong Shibashi.
